RAINSONG GRAPHITE ACOUSTIC GUITARS
The photos here can't do the guitar justice, the natural finish with the graphite weave showing through is quite stunning, albeit in a very non traditional way! This guitar has great projection and a superbly even tone with a crispness and clarity that really cut through in any situation. The guitar features a one piece, glued neck that is nicely proportioned on the slim side and features shark inlays and overall the guitar is extremely light. The abalone rosette is quite ornate but works well with the simplicity of the rest of the guitar. This guitar has an LR Baggs pickup system that works extremely well, incorporating a useful notch filter to tame feedback. If you want something a little different or want something that you can rely on, on stage then this is the guitar for you.
Advance WS1000 Blue £1149
The Advance brings the concept of a graphite guitar down in price by simplifying the construction process - the materials are all to the same high spec as the Classic. What we have here is an amazing heel-less super slim neck that is bolted onto the body and incorporates a two way truss rod. I should note that the actual blue of this guitar is darker (more navy) than the camera has picked up here (will try to capture it soon). This guitar has the same even, crystal clear tone as the classic but here delivered through a Fishman system with built in tuner.
